He has a story for each book along with the history of a recipe or the author. Truly fascinating...something for everyone from the child to the beginner thru novice to chef, even something for the collector. This store will encourage you to challenge the comforts of your current cooking style and bring you back to good old fashion tasty home cooking with a flare.
