Best bank ever! Although there have been a lot of changes over the years, the current staff is exceptional. I appreciate how hard they work. I have never been treated better by a bank. Thanks Sovereign Assonet!
After living and working in 9 different countries all over the world I can honestly say this is the best customer service I've received in any bank anywhere. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful, they understand customer needs and work very hard to ensure those needs are met. I really can't understand the the poor review I've seen on here because that goes against everything I've experience at this bank!
I must agree, the staff is helpful but this chain of bank is poorly managed. I had so many issues in the first 6 months of having an account than any other previous bank i've used in the past. As of today i'm dealing with an error they made and i went to the branch last week and after 45mins i was told '' I will have to get your info and call you tomorrow''. its been as of today 6 days and still no call or solution. I will be closing this account soon. horrible bank.
