I got a bagel and a chocolate milk and while waiting for my order I ended up with a huge sheet of ice and snow smashing down onto my van windshield and roof. The snow and ice fell off the small roof at the drive up. I was offered about 50 napkins and a general comment about so sorry for the mess. I think a broom and some help to clean my window and roof would have been more appropriate then the response I had from the manager on duty.

I had a bad experience quickly change because of a specific person, Britney. There was something rather inappropriate said by one of the younger males there and she must have noticed my shock. She came over and for some reason made me feel much better about the situation. I'm not an everyday Dunkin type of person, but when I go I expect a certain level of service, which isn't that high. I certainly received it here. Recognize your workers is all I have to say and continue hiring PROFESSIONALS in the field, not children who get you by. From one business owner to another.
